I have experience with kids of all ages (infant-teen). I have experience with multiples as well as experience with special needs. I started my journey working with kids in an elementary school as a behavior management aide. I worked with kids who had behavior issues as well as kids who needed extra help in a classroom environment. I truly think I have found my passion with kids and would love to continue working with them. I understand the importance of punctuation and reliability as well as a work and fun balance. It is important to me that kids aren't taken care of by electronics, that I get out and experience the world.

Kennedy is friendly, professional, and punctual. She made sure to come to my home before the babysitting job to introduce herself and meet my daughter. Came home to no issues and a happy sleeping baby. I would hire Kennedy again.
