About Madison

Hi ya'll! I'm Madi, and I genuinely love working with kids. I've helped care for and raise my two nieces, who are now 7 and 8 years old, and they've taught me so much about patience, creativity, and keeping up with energetic little personalities! I currently work as a Registered Behavior Technician/RNT where I support children with autism ranging from 11 months to 8 years old. Through my work, I've gained experience helping children learn new skills, navigate their big emotions, and feel comfortable and supported in their environment. I'm caring, dependable, and enjoy building positive connections with children. Whether it's playing games, making crafts, reading stories, spending time outdoors, or just having fun together, my goal is always to create a safe and happy environment where kids can thrive. I understand how important it is for parents to feel confident in their childcare, and I strive to provide the kind of care I would want for my own family :))
