Communication - Is the key alongside with consistency and respect. Vacation - at least 10 days annually (two weeks) paid - Federal Holidays off (paid) - Sick days as needed, 5 paid (at least) Car - Family provides a reliable car to drive children. Housecleaning - I do not provide heavy house cleaning, however I help with children's laundry, organizing closets/toys/mudroom, packing their lunches. Easy Errands - Flexibility in case I must run an errand (happy to bring your children with me) I love spending time outdoors at the park, pool or simply going for long walks.
