About Kenda

Caregiving has been at the heart of my work for over a decade. I've supported families with children of all ages, abilities, and personalities, and I truly value creating safe, nurturing environments where kids can grow, explore, and feel supported. I take pride in building strong, lasting relationships with families and maintaining those connections over time. In addition to my caregiving background, I have experience supporting students with special needs and am currently pursuing my master's degree in Special Education. During the week, I work full-time as a Youth Enrichment Program Specialist, overseeing programming across K-12 schools. This role has strengthened my ability to connect with children from diverse backgrounds and support a wide range of learning styles and needs. I'm also happy to assist with light housekeeping. I love creating fun, engaging experiences through outdoor play, arts and crafts, and hands-on activities that spark curiosity and confidence.
