About Kelsi

Hello! My name is Kelsi. I am certified as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in behavior analysis. I provide direct care and services to children with intellectual/developmental disabilities, typically ages 3-11. My work aims to enhance their quality of life, promoting positive changes in behavior and communication. Since starting that position last year, my passion for child care has grown tremendously. I would love nothing more than to help out and be a caregiver for other families in my area! Aside from work, I am a senior at Virginia Commonwealth University and will receive my Bachelor of Science in Psychology this upcoming May.
