About Kelsey

Hi! I'm Kelsey, and I've been working with children for over 8 years in a variety of childcare settings. I'm CPR and First Aid certified and have extensive experience supporting children of all ages and developmental needs. My approach is trauma-informed and assent-based, meaning I prioritize building trust, respecting each child's autonomy, and creating a safe, supportive environment where they can thrive. I love being silly, getting down on a child's level, and connecting through play, imagination, crafts, reading, outdoor adventures, and everyday moments. I believe children learn best when they feel seen, heard, and genuinely enjoy spending time with the adults around them. I'm dependable, patient, and communicative, and I strive to build strong partnerships with families.
