About Caitlyn

Hi! My name is Caitlyn. I have a bachelor's degree in psychology and experience working with students as an tutor, where I supported students academically and helped create a positive, encouraging environment. I'm patient, dependable, and comfortable adapting to each child's individual needs and personality. I also have several years of leadership experience through work and Scouting, which has strengthened my communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills. I'm currently certified in CPR/AED and Youth Mental Health First Aid. I'm especially interested in working with infants and younger children, but I enjoy caring for kids of different ages. My goal is to help children feel safe, comfortable, and supported while giving parents peace of mind. I'd love to find a family I can build a trusting, dependable relationship with.
