Kelsey is awesome! She is an experienced nanny, with over a decade of experience, AND she is also great at working collaboratively with parents (which was important to us). She was our daughter's nanny from the age of 4.5 months to 9.5 months. She always respected and supported our approach to parenting. Kelsey has a magical touch with soothing and napping. For example, our daughter has always struggled with napping, and for a variety of reasons, sleep training was not a good fit for our family. When we hired Kelsey, we were doing “contact napping to lengthen our daughter’s naps. Kelsey didn’t have previous experience holding babies for naps, but she was willing and able to follow our approach with napping and with everything else. We affectionately called her the "nap ninja" because she was so good at getting our daughter to sleep. Kelsey is wonderful at planning kid-friend crafts projects. She found a completely mess-free way for our daughter to make a painting at 6 months old! She also planned ahead when my family was visiting, so that they could make and paint salt clay footprints with our daughter during their visit. In addition to her many child-related talents, she is a professional organizer, who is always willing to help out around the house. She took pride in finding ways to help make our household run more smoothly. Thank you, Kelsey!
