About Elizabeth

For nearly three decades, I've been nurturing children's development, fueled by a passion ignited in early babysitting experiences. My approach is patient and creative, ensuring a positive impact on each child's life. I am comfortable caring for 3-4 children at a time, ranging from infants to pre-teens. I hold a college degree, along with First Aid and CPR Training. I enjoy engaging kids with outdoor activities, board games, and educational games. I'm also happy to assist with cooking, carpooling, and light housekeeping. I am a certified yoga instructor in Children's Yoga (as well as yoga for adults ). I've spent countless hours studying and learning about emotions, emotional regulation, brain development and which parts affect emotional regulation, non violent communication (NVC), natural home remedies, nutrition, and much more.
