About Kelsey

I am a master's-level student pursuing my MSW and currently employed as a case manager on a secure psychiatric unit, where I support individuals living with serious and persistent mental illness (SPMI). I bring over a decade of experience in the mental health field, with specialized expertise in working with individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), ADHD, and chronic psychiatric conditions. My professional background spans a wide range of ages-from adolescents to geriatric populations-allowing me to adapt my approach to meet diverse developmental and cognitive needs. I am recognized for my empathy, compassion, patience, and strong time management, along with my attention to detail and trauma-informed perspective. I prioritize using diverse communication styles and learning methods to foster trust, growth, and recovery in those I serve.
