Hi! My name is Kelsey and I have a background in Behavior Therapy. I've been a Registered Behavior Technician for about eight years, working with children and teens on the autism spectrum. I've had experience as a nanny to 7 different families with children ages 10 weeks to 7 years old. I've taught in 4 different preschools and have about 10+ years of teaching experience. I have about 20 years of overall experience working with children 6 weeks to 12 years old as well as working with children with special needs. I also have a Bachelors degree in Developmental Psychology which I obtained in 2020. I am certified in CPR and First Aid. I'm currently looking for a job or situation for about 3-6 hours a week.

Kelsey has started to help us on a part-time basis, caring for our baby. She has been extremely professional from first contact. Our baby took an immediate liking to her and now smiles, waves, and tries to go to her after just a few times meeting her. She is motivated to come up with interesting and engaging activities. She is open with communication and responsible. We feel very blessed to have found Kelsey!
