About Kelsey

Hi! I'm a mom of two elementary-aged kids with a degree in Human Development, with a focus in child development, and a background in social work. Along with my professional knowledge, I bring the real-life experience of raising neurodivergent children, which has taught me patience, flexibility, and the importance of redirection over discipline. I love creating a positive, playful environment where kids feel safe, encouraged, and free to be themselves, whether that's through outdoor adventures, crafts, or fun at home. I'm reliable, energetic, and able to manage multiple children at once, and I'm also happy to help with light cleaning, errands, and pets to support the whole family. With my flexible schedule and warm, hands-on approach, I'm passionate about helping children grow in confidence while giving parents peace of mind.
