Kelly applied to the wonderful job I was offering, but got another position before I was able to message her back. She was very prompt and professional in her responses, wished I could have interviewed her and her schedule fit what I need. Kelly was one of the few applicants I have had that sounds dependable, she even texted me when she had other times available for care, but it wasn't what was needed at this time. If she becomes available for any of the longer shifts I need, she would definitely be hired!
