If you're looking for a caregiver that will give you peace of mind, that person is Erica. Not only is she dependable and hard working, she has the compassion that is needed to be a caregiver. My mom had resided in a nursing home. Between my busy schedule and staff shortages I decided to look for help. Erica did whatever I asked of her and more. She is self motivated and does not need to be supervised. Some examples of her assistance included cleaning, feeding, attending activities or just simply keeping my mom company playing cards or watching her favorite shows. Erica was a true blessing.
