About Kelly

I'm happy you came across my profile! I believe my compassion, curiosity, humor, and patience make me well-qualified to help out with adult care and transport before and after surgery. Learn more about some of my adult caretaking experience: I have been a full-time caregiver for a woman in her 90s who has Parkinson's Disease. I helped with her many aspects of her daily life, such as meals, transportation, and errands. I attended her medical and therapy appointments (physical therapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy) and helped her with at-home exercises in these areas. Another large aspect of any caregiving role is companionship and ensuring that there is a great fit. We developed a lovely relationship and I am so happy to have had that experience. Before that experience, I had similar caregiving experience for over a year with an adult in her 30s who had a mental illness and wanted assistance in her daily living.
