I'm a compassionate, dependable, and hardworking caregiver with two years of full-time, hands-on experience caring for my mother during her battle with cancer. During that time, I assisted with bathing, feeding, personal care, and everyday needs while providing companionship and emotional support. I also have over 10 years of experience as a personal trainer, helping people improve their strength, mobility, balance, and overall quality of life. My background as a U. S. Forest Service firefighter has taught me the importance of safety, responsibility, patience, and staying calm under pressure. I've also completed emergency medical responder coursework and have additional emergency medical training. I genuinely enjoy helping others and take pride in making people feel comfortable, respected, safe, and cared for. I'm interested in private caregiving, senior companionship, and live-in opportunities.
