Kelly is an excellent caregiver. She always communicates with my boys respectfully and patiently. Kelly listens and makes a point to ask questions about their lives and interests and truly cares what they have to say. . She has found ways to connect with them despite which life stage they are in. In short, they feel seen by her which is really what all kids need. I feel totally comfortable knowing my kids will be carted for, happy and safe. She has that unique ability to create a fun and engaging environment while also keeping a healthy structure. They love Kelly and I really know she loves my kids too. I honestly couldn't trust anyone more.
