Hi! My name is Danielle. I am 25 and located in Slidell, LA. I recently left my job as a middle school Special Education teacher in New Orleans. I have my Bachelors degree in American Sign Language and English Interpreting. For the past 3 years I have been working in schools with children ranging from grades kindergarten-8th with a variety of abilities as an interpreter, teacher, support staff, and case manager. Prior to that, I have worked as a camp counselor, swim coach, lifeguard, babysitter, and nanny for children with a diverse level of abilities. I am currently a full time nanny however I love to take on additional families for date nights and extra help whenever available. With a background in teaching, I bring a wealth of knowledge and skills to the role of caregiver, including patience, creativity, and an ability to connect with children on their level. I am excited to embark on this new journey and look forward to providing exceptional care for your family!
