Kelly was good to speak on phone when we interviewed her and we scheduled a trial-day with our baby boy - then came the unreliable part unfortunately- set up a day to trial, on the first attempt she claimed she had a personal obligation and was a no-show and on the second day - she told us 1 hour before the start of her day that decided to not to take the job. We found it very unprofessional and left us hanging on the two days where we were expecting help and she came up short on both the days.
