. I have well over 30 years of experience caring for babies and toddlers. I absolutely adore all aspects of caring for and spending time with babies! My skills include all aspects of child safety, ability to identify and address the current needs of little ones and redirect unwanted actions/ behaviors swiftly. Kelli was our nanny from December 2025 through April 2026 and was fantastic with our infant. She is incredibly hands-on and engaging; she even brought her own age-appropriate toys to help our child reach new developmental milestones during those critical first several months. As parents, we truly valued her expertise and the 'best practice' advice she shared with us. She was also very patient and skilled at handling feeding challenges, specifically with reflux/spitting up. We highly recommend her for her childcare expertise and her genuine investment in a child’s growth.
