About Kelli

Hi! I'm Kelli, and I'm passionate about caring for children and helping families feel confident that their little ones are in loving, capable hands. I have 25+ years of experience working with children in a variety of settings, including as a preschool teacher, preschool assistant director, preschool director, camp coordinator, and nanny. I have experience caring for children of different ages and creating safe, nurturing, fun, and engaging environments where children can learn and grow. I hold a Bachelor of Science degree with a minor in Elementary Education, along with a Childcare Director's License. My extensive experience in early childhood education has given me a strong understanding of children's developmental needs, routines, learning styles, and the importance of positive guidance.
