Hello, I'm Katie! I have several years of experience working with children from infants through school age in both Montessori and traditional preschool classrooms, as well as experience in ABA classrooms. I'm currently attending SHSU, pursuing a degree in Education. I'll be starting my student teaching soon, which means I'm stepping away from my full-time teaching position and looking for a nanny position that fits alongside my school schedule. This semester I am unavailable on Tues/ Thurs from about 11:30am-3 p.m. I'm CPR and First Aid certified and have reliable transportation. Katie has been an amazing caregiver for our family for the past three years. She goes above and beyond just supervising children, but encourages a natural learning environment. She taught our toddler the Spanish words for colors, shapes, and counting. We always feel confident and comfortable leaving our child in her care. We cant recommend her enough to any family looking for a loving and trustworthy caregiver.
