About Kellie

I graduated from Rider University with a double major in Elementary Education and Psychology with a concentration in Special Education. For the past 10 years I have been working as a special education teacher in New Jersey. I primarily teach children in grades two through six in the areas of math and language arts. I have been teaching children both in academics and in sports since the age of 15. I have tutored students from first through eighth grade in all academic areas, consistently in Literacy and Math. I have been trained in several Intervention Programs, Everyday Math, Envision Math, Wilson Reading, Read 180 and several other reading programs. I have been working at summer camps since 2007 and have mentored, tutored and coached some of these children during weekends and the school year.
