Hi! My name is Kelli, and I have a passion for caring for children and helping them grow in a safe, loving environment. I currently work in an ABA center, where I support children with autism and developmental needs by encouraging positive behavior, communication, and independence. I am patient, reliable, and attentive, and I truly enjoy building meaningful connections with the children I work with. Whether it's helping with daily routines, engaging in fun activities, or providing emotional support, I always aim to create a nurturing and structured space. I have experience working with infants as well as older children, and I understand the importance of consistency, compassion, and trust when it comes to childcare.
