I have provided senior care to a couple people, including my last patient who was 103 at the time. I would prepare meals according to the dietary needs, schedule doctor's appointments, to include therapy and wound care. I would also attend doctors appointments with the clients if required and also bring along their medications or write a list of medications that they are currently taking to provide to the doctors. I would do medicine management . I was bathe and dress clients change, bedding clean bathroom clean straighten up bedroom wash clothes taking them for a walk sometimes they're able or push them around in a wheelchair if possible.
