For over 10 years, I have been helping students unlock their potential through personalized tutoring. I am a certified and award winning music teacher with a college degree. My approach focuses on building confidence and fostering a love for learning, not just memorization or replication. I actively listen to students and vary my teaching strategies to suit their individual learning styles, using visual aids, hands-on activities, and discussions. I connect challenging topics to real-world examples and celebrate every success. Open communication is essential, and I provide regular updates to parents. Witnessing a student's "aha!" moment and seeing their confidence grow is the most rewarding part of tutoring. I can tutor Math, English, Piano, Voice, Songwriting, Music Theory and Dance, for Elementary and Middle School levels, either online or at your home. I have a car and am comfortable with pets.
