About Keerstin

I'm currently in grad school for counseling, focusing on childhood development, so I bring both an understanding of child psychology and hands-on, respectful approaches like Montessori. I have three years of experience caring for children, as well as a background as a caregiver for elderly clients, which has taught me patience, empathy, and adaptability in all kinds of situations. I also have three years of professional house cleaning experience, happy to help out with laundry, meal prep, and other side tasks around the house. I love being outdoors hiking and backpacking and I'm always eager to get kids outside moving, exploring, and learning. Baking is another passion, and I'm happy to involve kids in the kitchen or prepare snacks and meals. I'm quick-thinking, proactive, and great with kids of all ages. Clear, regular communication is important to me, Helping kids grow and thrive is at the heart of what I do.
