About Clare

Hi! I'm Clare. I have a BS in Psychology and several years of experience working with kids and teens, both as a nanny and professionally in youth behavioral health and social services. Most recently, I worked as a Case Manager supporting young people experiencing housing instability. Before that, I worked with teens in residential treatment. Those jobs taught me a lot about building trust with kids, navigating big emotions, staying calm in hard situations, and meeting each kid where they're at. I genuinely love working with young people and apparently have decided I'm not done yet! I'm easy-going, creative, active, and responsible without being overly rigid. I'm happy getting outside, doing art projects, helping with homework, making food, driving kids around, or just being a safe adult they actually enjoy hanging out with. I'd love to get back into nannying and find a family where I can be genuinely helpful, build a great relationship with the kids, and have some fun along the way.
