I absolutely loved Keaton, from her communication (enthusiastic and responsible) to her reference check (everyone else also loves her!) to her calm and flexible demeanor. She was on time or early to both of our interviews, and her quiet confidence was reassuring. It was a heartbreaking decision to not hire her for the full time position, but we will definitely invite her to babysit every chance we get!
