About Jude

I'm currently working M-F at a daycare, but am looking to pivot to a nanny position. I have the most experience with 1-2-year-olds, but have worked with children from 6 weeks old to 5 years old regularly in my center. I love nature and being outside, it's so important for kids to be able to explore their surroundings and be in nature! I have a bachelors of arts in creative writing, and reading and writing are fundamental parts of my life. Reading was such an important part of my childhood, and I hope to instill a love of reading in the children around me. My favorite thing about working with children is getting to be a part of their social, emotional, and cognitive growth. I love seeing children be able to accomplish more and more as they continue to grow, and I'm hoping working with a family outside of a classroom will give me more moments like these! I would be willing to clean and do light cooking, and I'm comfortable providing transportation as well.
