About Keara

I'd describe my personality as bubbly, kind, and creative. I like working with kids because it's so rewarding. Being able to see kids grow and learn new things is really what it's all about. I'm looking for a job that allows me to help the family in the best way I can. I started working with kids when I was 15 years old. I began babysitting with my best friend, and I continued after she stopped. The last family I babysat for was in 2023. I cared for my neighbors' 7 children (ages ranging from 3-15; some having disabilities) while she homeschooled them for partial days. I prepared food, did crafts, movie nights, and swim days. I also taught basic curriculum to the two 3-year-olds. In my spare time, I like to find something creative to do. Whether it's drawing, painting or sculpting. One thing you should know about me is that I truly care about my job and the families I care for. My skills include conflict solving, creative expression, and patience.
