About Allyson

I'd describe my personality as patient, fun, empathetic. I like working with kids because they bring joy to my day. I like experiencing different personalities and encountering different family dynamics. My goal is to help families in whatever ways I can! I'm looking for a job that allows me to help families in whatever way they need. I started working with kids when I was 15 babysitting for family friends. I then volunteered for multiple child centered organizations throughout high school and coached little league teams. I then started working with children full time during college as a Registered Behavior Technician. In my spare time, I like to read and explore new worlds! I also like to travel, cook, and spend time with my dogs! One thing you should know about me is I'm always flexible and willing to learn! I also care deeply for those I work with and treat every family as if they're my own. My skills include patience, safety, and fun!
