Hello! I'm Kaylie. I am a recent Psychology graduate with five years of childcare experience, mostly with infants and toddlers. I always bring warmth, patience, and a calm presence into the home. I'm very comfortable with developmental milestones and make sure to track growth and rountines so parents always know how their child is doing. I am also great at helping kids transition to school and building comfortable routines that allow them to be confident. I am also a very active nanny who loves getting kids out in their community. I enjoy planning activities, adventures and prioritizing moments of exploration to encourage curiosity and learning. I pay close attention to what each child enjoys so their day reflects their personality.
