About Lia

My biggest goal in life is to be considered someone who has helped children flourish and grow in as many ways as possible and help them achieve their full potential through care, patience and collaboration with the parents and child/children. Childcare is something I could not be more passionate about and what I enjoy doing most in life! I have extensive experience working with children with autism, ADHD, mood disorders and several disabilities. I always bring a very personalized approach to every child I have the honor of working with! I am patient, calm, creative, and friendly. I believe in open and honest communication with parents and follow their preferred method, whether it's verbal communication at pickup or regular updates via text or phone calls. I am very comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure the children's safety and well-being. I'm also happy to help with cooking, meal preparation, carpooling, light housekeeping, travel, and swimming supervision.
