About Kayla

Hello! I am a positive, outgoing, fun, outdoors loving mama. I am celebrating my 12th year of teaching in the Alexandria School District. I have a bachelor's degree in Communication Sciences & Disorders (Speech Therapy) and a master's degree in Early Childhood Special Education. I absolutely love working with infants to kids of all ages. I have a 4-year-old daughter and 1. 5-year-old daughter that join me. I will provide structure for your family and a positive environment for your child and give them the opportunity to learn and grow through play. A bonus to having me care for your child is that I am able to share my knowledge and skills with your family on behavior management, provide any academic services to promote learning, close gaps of developmental delays and so much more! I am so excited to work with you and your family!
