About Kayla

Hi! I'm a Princeton University student studying Civil and Environmental Engineering with several years of experience working with children through tutoring, mentoring, and leadership roles. I love creating a fun, safe, and engaging environment where kids feel supported and encouraged to explore their interests. My approach to childcare is highly attentive and interactive! I enjoy spending time playing games, helping with homework, doing crafts, reading, and finding activities that keep children engaged while with a babysitter. I understand that every child is different, and I make an effort to learn their unique needs, personalities, and routines so they feel comfortable and cared for. I am dependable, patient, and energetic, and I strive to be a positive role model while giving parents peace of mind that their children are receiving thoughtful, individualized care.
