About Kayla

I attain a position to use my strong passion for child development together with skills and experience that will enable me to make a significant difference in others lives. I wish to be in a setting where I will be able to direct and supervise students in an environment filled with spontaneous and planned activities. I am an extremely organized person and have a phenomenal set of teamwork skills due to my many years of experience on sports teams. I have outstanding patience, understanding and empathy along with positive energetic energy. I received my bachelors degree from Ohio University in special education (k-12). With this degree I have learned excellent skills to differentiate instruction to be able to work on each individual student's personal goals and facilitate instruction using methods that supports the individual students learning style. I am earned a certificate of highly qualified in reading. I am currently pursuing a masters degree in reading intervention.
