About Kayla

Hello! I've worked professionally with all ages, from infants up to school aged children. I grew up in an in-home daycare my whole life and worked in various in-home Preschool's and Daycare's since the age of 13 until adulthood! Children bring so much joy to my life, I have always naturally gravitated towards them and have wanted to care for them. I have experience working with children with special needs and I have taken Child Development college courses, as well. I have my bachelors degree. I am a mother myself, so I have the natural motherly instinct for not only my child but all children (my child doesn't come with me to work). I know how to prepare nutritious and balanced meals. I am very active with the kids; such as going on walks, taking them to the park, doing arts & crafts, baking, cooking, etc. I am very patient and love teaching them things.
