About Maria

I'm a retired teacher with a Master's degree in Teaching, so working with children has been a part of my life for decades and one of the best aspects of my life along with my two children. Caring for your children allows me the flexibility to take care of my two kids and juggle being a single mom. Listening to your children's needs, spending quality time with them, keeping their environment safe, and having fun together are my main priorities when babysitting or nannying. Children feel safe and are less stressed away from parents when they know their caregiver hears them and cares what they have to say. I'm all about empowerment. Whether you're looking for help with homework, regular care for your child, or a morning here and there so you can run errands, I am flexible to help out in whatever way I can.
