About Kayla

I am an extroverted friendly college graduate who loves caring for and having fun with children. I want to teach children that independence and learning challenging things can be fun and exciting! I am a member of a big family of 12, which has made me very adaptable and flexible to the needs of others. I have about 8 years of experience in the childcare filed and I just love being part of the healthy development of a child's life. I am easily amused and slow to become frustrated. I understand that little people have big feelings just like us adults, they just need our help learning how to express them effectively and I love to be part of teaching them how to express themselves confidently and respectfully. I am organized, I pay a lot of attention to detail, and I have learned to be a multitasker. I help create a safe, warm, and fun environment for children to learn and grow!
