As a Licensed practical Nurse, I provide home health, personal care, dementia care, medical management, mobility assistance, and support for physical activity. I am patient, compassionate, professional, and detail-oriented. I understand the importance of connecting with care recipients by learning about their preferences and history. I am skilled in de-escalating stressful situations and handling confusion or agitation. I provide verbal updates and follow the family's preferred communication method. I have a college diploma for LPN, current CPR Training, and First Aid Training as well as I was a CNA for 6 years. I look forward to bringing my skills and caring nature to your family.
