Kayla has been with us since our son was 3 months old and it’s been over a year now, only leaving soon because we want to put our son in daycare. She has always treated him like he was her own. Kayla is very in tune with what he needs and tracks everything on an app that we have access to. We wanted him on a schedule and she has kept him on it and adapted to the changes as he’s gotten older. She sings him songs and reads him books every day. Reliability was a really important trait to us when looking for a nanny and Kayla has not let us down! She is punctual and lets us know early whenever she’s had to make a doctors appointment. She also helps so much with cleaning and tidying up, going above and beyond when we’ve needed it, like when family is coming into town.
