About Kayla

I'd describe my personality as patient, compassionate , and reliable. I like working with kids because I enjoy creating a safe environment for them to be themselves, feel understood, and cared for. I'm looking for a job where I can make a positive impact and building a trusting relationship with the family I work for. I started working with kids when I was a senior in high school. I worked as a teachers assistant for kindergartners . I loved the environment and the energy the kids brought every day. In my spare time, I like to color, build legos, and play with my nephew. One thing you should know about me is I am very trustworthy and I take trust seriously. I treat every child with kindness, respect, and patience. My skills include communication, reliability, and patience.
