About Kathleen

Hi! My name is Kathleen, and I am a Behavioral Therapist with over 2 years of experience working with children, including children with autism and behavioral needs. And going to school to be a BCBA. I like working with kids because I am passionate about supporting their development and creating a positive, encouraging environment where they can learn and thrive. My experience in behavioral therapy has shown me how meaningful early support can be. In my spare time, I like staying active, going outdoors, and doing things like playing tennis. I also enjoy relaxing, spending time with friends and family, and unwinding. My skills include Patience staying calm and supportive while helping kids through behaviors, emotions, or challenges Behavior management understanding how to redirect behavior and support positive choices (this is a big one from ABA work) Communication & engagement connecting with kids, explaining things in a way they understand, and keeping them engaged in activities.
