About Kayla

I currently am a behavioral health technician. I work with individuals with autism using Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) and implement their IEPs. I am looking to make extra money while building connections to the people that I care for and their families. I have 7 years of experience with childcare ranging from 2-17. I also have experience taking care of adults with a wide range of disabilities. Taking care of others is something that energizes me and I find fulfilling. When caring for others I believe in the whole person approach. I want to understand you and your families needs, goal, and current situation. And help you reach these needs and goals in a way we are both comfortable and satisfied with. I am also able to do some light house cleaning, organizing, and pet care.
