About Miqueas

My name is Miqueas. I'm a graduate student at UMass Lowell in my final year studying Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), currently working toward becoming a BCBA. I've worked with kids on the spectrum since 2018 and truly love what I do. I started off as a behavior tech and worked my way up to a certified Safety-Care trainer and hiring manager. I currently work weekday mornings as an RBT and case manager, assisting BCBAs with their caseloads and supporting both clients and staff. I've worked with kids ages 2 to 18 in homes, schools, and clinics, supporting a wide range of needs and behaviors. I've also done respite work for families and understand how important it is to have someone calm, dependable, and patient with your child. I'm RBT certified, Safety-Care certified, and Advanced Skills certified. I'm available weekday afternoons and evenings, and mornings through evenings on weekends.
