About Kayla

Hi! I'm a part time college Professor. For the past 4 yrs, I have taught students mainly ages 18-20, but also as young as 15. My classroom management & ability to keep things under control has given me plenty of experience. I previously babysat 3 kids in grades 1, 2, & 5. I have a little sister who is special needs. I helped my parents take care of her; picking her up from school, helping with homework, & watching her while at home. I also am Godmother of 1 yr old, & aunt to 4-year-old twin boys. I have completed several background checks for each of the schools I teach at, as it is a requirement to be hired. I was a lifeguard (CPR, First Aid Certified) for about 3 years, so I am confident in responding quickly & calmly in emergency situations. I love playing with children as I have been around them my whole life. I can cook, help with homework, & drive (I have my own car). I am responsible, reliable, & trustworthy.
