About Kaydance

I'd describe my personality as kind, outgoing, and reliable I like working with kids because I see from experience how my sister struggles and it is fulfilling to see that I can provide the help someone needs. I'm looking for a job that accommodates my college schedule and allows me to work breaks and through the summer when I am home for school. I started working with small kids when I got home from college this summer. My experience includes having my own nieces and nephews, daycare, and college civic engagement placements where I work with adolescents/middle school age In my spare time, I like to read, listen to music, cook/bake. One thing you should know about me is I have anxiety. I need clear and honest communication. I love animals, swimming, and drawing. I am CPR and first aid certified. My skills include communication, cooking, reliable, and consistency.
