About Kaycee

Hello! I've worked in early childhood education for about 3 1/2 years now, starting in April of 2023. I started out as an infant teacher, with charges as young as 2 months up to a year old, before spending a year running a toddler classroom. Last fall, the teacher in charge of the extracurricular classes left to work elsewhere, and I took over the music, phonics, and cooking classes for ages 2-6 years. I still assist in most age groups at the center in the afternoons and evenings. I adore the work I do, and find teaching and caring for children to be such a light in my life. I am fully STARS certified, have an up to date food handlers card, first aid certification, and CPR training for all ages. I enjoy, and have plenty of experience with, curriculum for all ages of early education, and have a passion for teaching STEAM subjects.
