Helllo Families! My name is Kaya, a Santa Barbara local who is transitioning back to my beautiful hometown after living in Madrid for the past year to teach children 3-12 English! Before leaving home I had about 6 sweet years working privately for families as a nanny and assistant. BUT before that my main focus was outdoor forest schools and nature based summer programs-the word is our play space! Being an educator is my passion through and through and I believe imaginative play and connection with natural world are the foundations of growth and creativity. Our daily agenda would consist of lots of walks, park and library hangs, and dancing and bubbles! Currently I have full availability and flexibility and would love to work with you and your littles.
